My wife and I have purchased several properties from Vicky. While she is very professional and efficient with her role as a buyer's agent, she is also great in sourcing tenants and project management.

One of the properties that I bought from Vicky a while ago, it ended up vacant for 3 months when the tenant decided to leave and my rental manager told me that the there was 'simply no interest' to my unit. Imagine having a property sitting empty for 3 months -- and Vicky solved my problem within 2 weeks from the day I voiced this until the day the new tenant moved in.

She has also saved me thousands of dollars, as one of my other properties was partially burnt down (speaking of misfortune!), and after the builder finished the job, the insurer quoted me a gigantic bill for carpet and curtain replacement, and would only cover 60% of those cost. Within 2 weeks, again, Vicky managed to find a cheaper carpet layer, and she herself found and installed the curtains for less than 40% of the original quoted cost.

Overall we are extremely pleased by what Vicky has offered and provided, she is certainly more than just a buyer's agent. I would certainly buy her dinner if I wasn't in Australia!
