HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU
- We negotiate a deal with the seller.
- The property is put under contract by us signing a Sales and Purchase Agreement.
- We email the property details including financial information, rent assessment, maps, photos, location and general background information to our investor database.
- You, the investor, contacts BuyersAgents and we enter into a "Terms of Engagement".
- BuyersAgents then assigns the Sale & Purchase Agreement to the investor by way of a Deed of Nomination and assists you incompleting your due diligence.
- The investor completes the purchase.
