HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU

• We negotiate a deal with the seller.
• The property is put under contract by us signing a Sales and Purchase Agreement.
• We email the property details including financial information, rent assessment, maps, photos, location and general background information to our investor database.
• You, the investor, contacts BuyersAgents and we enter into a "Terms of Engagement".
• BuyersAgents then assigns the Sale & Purchase Agreement to the investor by way of a Deed of Nomination and assists you incompleting your due diligence.
• The investor completes the purchase.
